B&B Exa Rooms - Just Rome

I appreciated how the hotel looked, excellent place. I had a deluxe room that was complete with a kettle and spacious bathroom, plus the balcony. the meals were fresh. You guys made my stay great. The hotel's appearance was pleasing, and my deluxe room was well-equipped with amenities.

Loved having a clean bathroom with a kettle, central heating, and a work desk in our deluxe room. If we had more time, we'd definitely come back without thinking twice! 🌟.

the breakfast had lots of amazing food and drinks. the room was new-fashioned and reasonably large when upgraded with kettle, bedside tables, comfortable bed.

The staff was great. the location was amazing, right near a Sardinian restaurant and a metro station. the room was tidy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom had a good bath, which was super awesome.

The proximity to the subway and bus stops is very convenient, and there's a nice restaurant just a short walk away.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a just perfect stay. Its location not too far from Porta Santa Maria was perfect and excellent. the hotel was a nice place for enjoying a downtown area. the property was located nearby the train station.

Breakfast had a great variety and was amazing, while all the staff were friendly and kind.

The venue is excellent, located right next to a grocery store and close to all the tourist attractions.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming little B&B in the heart of a bustling city. The hotel is conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy to reach several tourist hotspots. The rooms were clean and stylishly decorated, with comfortable beds and even a balcony to enjoy the view. I had an amazing stay at B&B Exa Rooms - Just Rome! The owner, Francesca, was nice and helpful throughout my stay. The room I stayed in wasvery comfy and tidy, with a private bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with snacks and drinks, and the small outdoor lounge was a great place to relax with my travel companions. The location was also fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and not too crowded. I would highly recommend B&B Exa Rooms - Just Rome for a wonderful stay in Rome.
